I just got back from my annual physical. My Blood Pressure was 138/80. For a guy my age and size, I am actually a little pleased but it still means that I am “Prehypertensive.” What that means is that I am at a slightly higher risk of heart attack, stroke or kidney disease. Thank heaven for Critical Illness insurance that can supplement my Major Medical health insurance.
